Every order is custom made by our skilled craftspeople and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with the results. You may exchange any model if it does not provide the expected comfort. You may return most furniture within 30 days and receive a refund less shipping, if we cannot provide adjustments satisfactory to you. Extra-large and/or Extra-wide custom chairs, rockers and recliners are exempt from our return policy. Liquidation Sale items sold through our website are also non-returnable.

Natural leather shows occasional minor defects (scars or healed insect bites) that cannot be avoided completely, and should be considered proof of the natural origin of this material.
