You may exchange any model if it does not provide the expected comfort.

Returns
You may return most furniture within 30 days and receive a refund less shipping, if we cannot provide adjustments satisfactory to you. Extra-large and/or Extra-wide custom chairs, rockers and recliners are exempt from our return policy. Liquidation Sale items sold through our website are also non-returnable.


When returning merchandise to Klein Design, carefully wrap the items and return them in the box(es) in which they came. Send via UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused. Please enclose a letter telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Klein Design will pay postage due to shipping errors or defects in merchandise. We will return ship via surface delivery.
